SPARK brings the entire thermal spray process directly on-site to your facility, thanks to a fully mobilized and self-contained setup. The operation begins with the deployment of diesel-powered generators to ensure complete independence from site utilities.
Once on location, we establish a controlled work environment using enclosed spray containers, complete with dust separators and extraction systems to meet strict HSE standards.

Before blasting begins, all sensitive surfaces— such as flange faces, seals, and recision machined areas — are carefully masked using high-temperature protective materials. This step prevents accidental damage or contamination during the surface preparation phase. We then perform steel grit blasting to clean and roughen the surface, achieving the required anchor profile per SSPC-SP10 / NACE specifications

Once blasting is complete, our team conducts thorough quality checks to confirm the cleanliness and surface profile using calibrated instruments.
With the surface verified, we proceed with the thermal spray cladding – either arc spray or flame spray – using pre-qualified materials and carefully controlled parameters to ensure consistent adhesion and coating performance.
Following application, we carry out post-cladding inspections, including dry film thickness checks, adhesion testing (ASTM C633), and visual verification to confirm compliance with your specifications. Finally, we demobilize, leaving the worksite clean and restored to its original condition
